We are a full-service catering company that can come to your home or venue and provide only the best freshly prepared foods and elegantly designed decor that is customized to your unique taste, style and budget. 

 

 

The names Anthony Aquilante and Aquilante’s Catering have been synonymous with excellence in quality food preparation and presentation for over 30 years.  In addition to his catering business, Aquilante has been awarded several patents for his innovative creations in the food service industry.

 

 Aquilante grew up in the food service industry, working alongside his father in the family’s meat and retail grocery store.  They specialized in home-dressed meats,  fancy produce and home deliveries.  He joined the business full-time in 1962 while taking night classes at Villanova University.  In the late 60’s and mid-70’s, they developed and promoted oven-ready meat items to be sold in convenience stores, delis, and Mom and Pop” grocery stores.  In 1976, he made a move to start his own catering business, Gourmet Buffets, now known as Aquilante’s Catering, which he still owns and operates today. 

 

Aquilante thrives on creating innovative new products, and his catering business is always evolving to accommodate customers’ needs.
