» How will I know there will be enough food?
We hate running out of food even more than you do (it’s really bad for business). Through the years, since 1972, we have learned what our customers like and have never run out of food.
» Where do you usually deliver?
We Cater to You wherever you are. Before we give you the final numbers, we have our Logistics guy come out to see how far and where we will be serving the food from. This applies to off-site venues as well as your home.
» Do I need to supply paper products?
We include Hi-Line Disposables with all our jobs unless you prefer China for a more formal event.
» What if I need to rent China, Linens, Tables, Chairs, a Tent or anything else?
We have a local rental company that we refer you to. We provide them with the list of items, they send you the quote for the rentals and you pay them direct. This way, you get the items for cost; we do not mark them up, like most caterers do.
» Do you have all-day meeting packages for Corporate?
Absolutely! Click on Corporate Menus for pricing and when you call, be sure to let us know it is an all day meeting and we will take care of you.
» What if we have someone in our group with a special diet/request?
Everything we do is homemade, including vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Kosher Style, Vegan, etc. Your special request will be customized and when the food arrives, your entire group will wish they had special dietary needs!
» Do you require a deposit? How and when do I pay? What are your terms?
For corporations, we don’t require any deposit. Payment is due day of event. You can give the delivery person a check or mail payment to us. We also take Credit Cards.
» When are you open?
The Aquilante family lives on site, so you can reach us 24/7 to plan your next event.
» Do you cater on the weekends?
Yes, we cater 24/7.
» Do you come back to clean up?
If your catered event includes coffee urns or chafing dishes, we will come back to pick up either later that day or the following Monday.
» Are there any additional fees to your menu prices?
Since we customize our service to you and your needs, that all depends on what type of service you require. All jobs have sales tax of 6% added on. We sell our food Ala Carte, by the ½ pan or full pan, that can be picked up or delivered. If you pick it up, there is not an extra fee, and if you need to borrow Chaffers or sternos, there is no extra fee…we do ask that you bring our equipment back to us. The other charges that we add on have to do with Delivery, Service, NO Service, Full Bar or Limited Bar.
